Terms of Service

• "Service" — the IntentPath AI platform, including the tracking and assistant script, dashboards, AI features, and on-site playbooks.
• "Customer" / "you" — the person or organization that holds an IntentPath account and installs the Service on a website.
• "Visitor" — an end user who visits a website on which the Service is installed.
• "Content" — the knowledge, site content, configuration, and materials you provide to or through the Service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial converts to a paid subscription only if you choose a paid plan. If the trial ends without you selecting a paid plan, paid features pause until you subscribe — your account and data are not deleted simply because the trial lapses.

Paid plans are billed in euros (EUR) through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis, according to the plan and interval you select. Applicable taxes and VAT are calculated and added at checkout via Stripe Tax. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.

You agree not to:

• install the Service on any website you do not own or control;
• use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
• scrape, collect, or misuse the data of other people or businesses;
• attempt to deanonymize Visitors, or re-identify pseudonymous data;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload the Service, or circumvent its security or usage limits;
• upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

You are responsible for respecting your own Visitors' privacy and for obtaining any consent required in the jurisdictions where you operate.

With respect to Visitor data collected on your website, you are the data controller and IntentPath acts as your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the processing, posting a clear privacy notice to your Visitors, and obtaining any consent required before non-essential tracking runs. Our processing of Visitor data on your behalf is governed by our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

The Service uses AI to generate conversion audits, intent classifications, recommendations, and buyer-assistant answers. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed with your own judgment before you rely on or act on it. We do not guarantee any specific conversion, revenue, or business outcome.

As between the parties, IntentPath owns the Service and all related software, models, and intellectual property. You retain ownership of your Content and approved knowledge. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we may update, improve, or modify features over time. We may perform maintenance and may occasionally experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material adverse changes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Finnish and EU law, IntentPath Oy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntentPath Oy from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, your websites, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law — including any failure to obtain the consents or provide the notices required from you as controller of Visitor data.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required to protect the Service, other users, or Visitors, or as otherwise required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Finland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
